Love location and staff are Awesome They go out of there way to help

It’s great love staying there , but deck is loose and need a oil change, Just a little love

Everything was almost perfect and comfortable

Only the jacuzzy not too warm as I expected but they try to fixed it

The staff were great! So friendly and helpful, got a room upgrade, housekeeping everyday kept our room spotless and a free shuttle everyday. Could not fault!

No bed mattress on the floor, no seating area in the room, had to be careful getting in and out of the pool was very slippery, only seating area was outside with the mosquitoes and in the heat.

The staff were very polite and gracious, the area is nice and quiet and feels very safe. Super cosy soft bed.

We got upgraded to the first villa, a two bedroom with one locked room. I can’t speak for the other villas, but this one was a bit tired - it’s overdue for a small renovation. It was massive, too big for 2 people. Breakfast options were quite limited. We had a lot of mosquitoes in our room - we must have swatted at least 10, and they just kept coming. I think they should increase the fogging rate. There were a lot of mosquitos all through Seminyak though so it might not be just this location.

In general we liked everything. But may be small renovation is required. Thank you for the hospitality.
