Beautifully maintained gardens and accommodation. Attentive and prompt service from all staff. Hotel experience with service and the privacy and features of a villa.

Water pressure was average, but this is not the fault of the property and exists across Bali. The property’s cars smell strongly of petrol from the air conditioning vents.

Very nice relaxing villa, quite private, nice room with TV room, nice pool, nice yard, and good food.

The villa was beautiful - very comfortable with a unique Balinese style - and the staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated for. They even offered a free shuttle around the local Seminyak area. We will definitely be coming back!

The location was within easy walk to the main activity area and the restaurants. Our villa was in a quiet area of the town. The staff especially Komang were very friendly and helpful.

Friday night was particularly noisy with the music blaring until about 23:00. We booked a one bedroom villa and was given a two bedroom villa which meant we had to go up stair to get to the kitchen and dining room

Very spacious and quiet. Great location, don’t hear the street noise.

Facilities were old and unmaintained pool was in poor condition and over chlorinated, jacuzzi was unusable freezing cold and very unkept Would not recommend this facility as it is very out and out dated Because booking through booking.com could not get refund or compensation for bad facilities Ruined our honeymoon

The villa is at a strategic location easy to excess with many convenient facilities near by K circle 5 mins walk . Laundromat just outside the entrance. And a driver on stand by for commuting to near by seminyak location
