・朝食は種類も多く美味しかった・スタッフはフレンドリーで話やすかった・シャワー等に関する苦情に対して真摯に対応してくれた

・シャワーからお湯が出なかったので、部屋を変更してもらった。移った部屋ではお湯が暑すぎたので、適切な温度で適切な湯量が出てこない。レセプションで他の宿泊客もシャワーの件について苦情を言っていたので、そもそもボイラーや水量制御ができていないと思う・廊下がカーペットなので、カビ臭かった・部屋の臭い、廊下の臭いがカビ等の臭いで臭かった・部屋の広さは適切だが、ベッドに備え付けの電気が付かなかった・夜ごはんの量が値段の割に少なかった・交通量が多いので車の騒音が比較的うるさい
