Ilposto è incantevole la casetta è bella ma mal tenuta dovrebbe essere più pulita e controllare bene tutte le stoviglie che ho trovato sporche di residuio di cibo con quello che ho pagato per 2 notti 360 dollari mi aspettavo molto di piu nei miei viaggi ho trovato ostelli ben più puliti

The cabanas are cute at the base of fitz roy, however we did not have electricity most of the night or ang hot water which was an issue for us. They are about a twenty minute drive to the nearest trailhead.

The cabañas are located right outside the entrance to the park (10 min drive from Serrano entrance). They are a perfect stay if you want to visit the park for more than one day as you don't need to drive to/from Puerto Natales and they are cheaper than the options inside the park. They have the basic necessary equipment to cook and sleep, and they are well heated. The Cabanas are in good state and very clean. There are very limited restaurant options in the area, so best is to buy groceries in Puerto Natales and cook there; for us this was a great alternative and saved us some costs, as everything in the park is quite expensive.

El teléfono que pone no funciona por lo que si quieres llamar porque no lo encuentras estás perdido (y más si llegas de noche). En google maps con ese nombre te manda a un pueblo a 100km que se llama cerro castillo. Después llegamos a las 21.30 de la noche (por lo difícil que nos fue llegar allí) y la cara de quien nos atendió digamos que era de pocos amigos y poco amable. El estado de la cabaña dejaba bastante que desear, muebles viejos, la nevera abría en un sentido que costaba de abrir y coger las cosas, y lo más importante, el agua NO SALÍA CALIENTE, digamos que salía templada, pero ducharse allí por la mañana era un sacrificio! A su favor solo puedo decir que la calefacción funcionaba bien aunque no había en el baño. Y deberían avisar de que no hay provisiones en el parque, pues no fuimos preparados y nos tocó volver a Puerto Natales a comprar comida (está a 147km), una gracia vamos.

Chalet avec vue impressionante sur les montagnes et pret de l'entree du parc...locationsation parfaite. Cuisine equipee du strict necessaire, lits confortables (si vous aimez le ferme). Forte odeur d'egout venant de la salle de bain, porte de douche defectueuse, moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain...la salle de bain meriterais une mise a jour (surtout un moyen de chauffage serait appprecie). Nous avons trouve plusieurs perce-oreilles vivants dans le chalet, dont certain dans nos lits. A part une vache qui a meuglee toute une nuit, les divers animaux rodant autour du chalet (vache, cheval, chien, chat, canard), ne sont pas nuisibles...ca ajoute meme un certain charme. La representante etait courtoise et prete a aider lorsque necessaire. Le wifi n'est pas fiable et tres lent, oubliez les conferences video et meme juste vocale. Pas de restaurants (puisque l'hotel qui a passe au feu l'an passee n'a pas ete reconstruit) mais 2 hotels a proximite en ont (mais tres dispendieux, comme tout a Torres del Paine).

Had a great stay! There was a leak in the bathroom that leaked into the room, but other than that the cabin was very cozy and cute! Good location right outside the park!

Cabañas muy acogedoras en una ubicación privilegiada y maravillosa. Además, te esperan para el check-in hasta pasadas las 23 horas, por lo que si vas en auto particular te da tiempo a aprovechar bastante del parque el mismo día de entrada. Buena limpieza e instalación. Muy recomendable.

My adult son and I are traveling together. This cabaña was perfect for us. Two large bedrooms each with a bath, a good, serviceable kitchen (we cooked every meal but one during our stay) and a living area with a view. the floors are heated, which was a real treat. The place stayed warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable. I was sick for 2 days of our visit and stayed in bed most of the time. I was very comfortable. For the area, I thought the price was reasonable. I would recommend it to snyine who doesn’t need a 4 or 5 star hotel.
