The cabin has a lot of space, the view is fantastic, the internet connection is poor

Very basic cabin in an amazing location. Worth mentioning that the most direct access route is temporarily blocked until the end of 2018.

Entorno magnifico. Casa muy confortable y cómoda. Faltan ustensilios de mesa un poco. Muy cerca de la entrada del Parque Torres del Paine.

Adoramos a vista e o hotel. Sugiro que antes de chegar em Torres del Paine façam uma compra em puerto natales pois a acomodação tem tudo para preparar comida. Vc pode optar por fazer as refeições em um hotel vizinho, porém os valores são exorbitantes.

Cabana muito aconchegante, com vista linda para as montanhas.

車がないとこのホテルにアクセスすることは不可能ですが、天気がいいとパイネの山々が一望できて素晴らしいです。 部屋は質素ですが、必要なものはすべて揃っていて、滞在中に困ることはありませんでした。 また、ロケーションを考えると食事はおしかったのですが、他に食事できるところがなく、値段はそれなりにするので、そこは諦めるしかないかもしれません。 (夕食で40ドルぐらいします。)

The cabana offered a beautiful view of the mountains and was located within 2 miles of the park entrance. The cabana itself had a lot of room but the shower was a real challenge as the wstrr would alternate between hot and cold without touching the handles. Also, the kitchen cabinet was falling apart. Overall, however, we were very happy with the facility.

Очень удобное расположение отеля недалеко от входа в парк Torres del Paine. В cabañas есть все необходимое, все хорошо продумано. В cabañas было очень тепло, хорошо топили, горячая вода и все необходимое на кухне. Выбором отеля по цене и качеству довольна.

The cabana we had was nice and comfortable with great under floor heating. The bed was good.Great to cook your own meals in the well equiped kitchen.The view was outstanding overlooking to the great Torres del Pain. Because we were there on the end if the season the hotel and facilities were closed. It would have been nice to sit by the fire with a glass of wine and ir gave a meal.

We took a cabin for 4 nights, that was really a good base for the exploration of the Parque Nacional (where in any case there were no substitute vacancies in the lodges). The cabin was very rudimentary, with minimal equipment in the kitchen. The shower was OK, with warm water, and the heaters worked. Slight problem with the toilet flush, but nothing a handyman couldn't fix! An OK place with basic comfort, but certainly in need of some refurbishment. Given the price paid for this accommodation, an effort could definitely be made to improve the cabins. Internet connection in the main hotel reception area was good, and the staff was helpful (we had a problem with the oven, and a solution was offered rapidly).
