Guests are kindly requested to note that all treatments at the beauty salon need to reserved in advance and will incur an extra charge. Please note that all suites require a safety deposit of EUR 250 via credit card. Please note that when booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the group policies are not met. Please note that anyone with the aged of 18 or older can reserve a room. In the situation where guests stay with us without parents or a guardian, both guests must be at least 18 years old. This rule is based on previous experiences and ensures that both guests in each travel group must be at least 18 years old, unless there are parents with children.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
