I don’t have anything bad to say at all my best friend and I took a trip to see my father from Virginia to Parsons this was the first place that I found closest to my dad who lives in Sugar Tree it was convenient to some good restaurants and shopping. The front staff was attentive and so very helpful we actually had a storm pass through which took out some lights it only lasted less than an hour and they had everything up and running and also let us know that what was going on. I am planning a trip again and April to see my father with my husband and we will be booking a room here again the hotels were immaculately clean the house keeping was amazing the staff was super friendly I highly recommend this as your go to place anytime you’re gonna be in this area

the person on duty was nice

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bed linens were old and dated. We removed blankets from beds as they felt greasy and grimy. One of the rooms had a musty odor.

Rooms were clean and kept well. My only complaint was the room i reserved wasnt what i ended up getting

This has been the best place we have stayed in go ever. It was so smelling great when we walked in, and it was very clean. Will definitely stay again. (This is we’re you don’t judge a book by it’s cover)
