Had to make a quick reservation and this place came highly recommended! Nice and clean and affordable

Upon first seeing the property I was concerned on how the room was going to be, however the room was nice and well worth what we paid for our stay. Food options nearby.

it's a small property in a small town. The staff was really nice and helpful

Nice room, but can tell they are still revamping an old facility. The parking lot was questionable, didn't show the facility very well, we almost turned around and didn't stay. But the room was nice, quiet, upgraded furnishings, but didn't leave enough towels for two people. for the price it was good.

It was clean, warm and secure. There was no ac outlet in the bathroom to plug in anything. After the first night, they took all the towels even though I hung them up to dry with the intention of using them more than just one time. They did not replace the towels with fresh ones. I did not notice this until I was ready to step in the shower on the second day. My fault. So I had to get dressed and go to the lobby to get fresh towels. I haven't experienced this omission at any other hotel.

This is an older place, yet found it clean and had all the basic amenities. The staff was very helpful and informative about the area. I will probably stay again the next time in the area.

The room was good. No tissue paper. No hand towels but a clean rebuilt room. The property is very rough and in need of a better parking lot, landscaping, painting etc. We had no issues with staff or other guests.

Nick, the owner, continues to make great improvements in this very comfortable little inn. He offers great rates!
