Great experience!! Highly recommend. Hot tub was broken part of our stay which was a bummer, but it seemed like a fluke. Great location and very helpful staff. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we ever go back to Santorini. Also- AMAZING BREAKFAST

My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. As one of the more affordable hotels on Santorini (with a view) this place was worth every single cent. You wake up to a view of the center of the coastline and caldera, you eat breakfast with a view, and you can relax in the hot tub with a view. Even better there’s plenty of excellent restaurants surrounding the hotel. Additionally, all of the staff were patient and very kind, especially the housekeeping staff who also make your breakfast as you order it. Don’t underestimate how great your stay will be here. It’s worth it.

Delightful staff made us very welcome. Idyllic location with a magnificent view over the caldera. Easy access to an from the port as well as some excellent restaurants close by

Amazing location. High up so had clear views in each direction of the whole Cadera. Spectacular. Less steps than most . Very relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. Nik and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. We saw many hotels boasting ‘best location on the island’. Being nosey, we checked a few out. None were as good as this little gem. Would definitely return to Sunset Hotel

It was my first time in Fira, and the Sunset Hotel was the best place for me. It is minutes away from all the action, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet, and the gorgeous view. I think I'm mostly writing this review because of the hospitality of the staff. The staff were amazing and I witnessed them go above and beyond their guests, myself included. Speaking of above and beyond... my advice for any traveler would be to not pack too many bags because the hotel doesn't have a bellhop [to carry your luggage from the main road to the hotel]. However, the woman at the desk (I forgot her name) was determined to help me carry my luggage. I am so grateful for her, especially because was so tiny and my suitcase probably weighed more than her. Other than that, I love my room and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Definitely would recommend again.

when we entered, we have been given a smaller room while we booked the largest room and the receptionist tried to convince us that the smaller room was having more price. not a good experience.. the view is good and that's the only positive point about this hotel, then next day they offered our actual room and we had wasted our time for moving our stuff from one room to the room, we booked. it was really disappointing.
