Bellagio Boutique Hotel

The Bellagio us the place to be for excellent service. The welcome is fabulous, with drinks, good and knowledgeable information. This is repeated every day with smiles and joy.

this place is beautiful. it's got a superb of combination of the original architecture mixed with modern elements. the hostess (Katherine) and owner were super sweet and warm. the room was clean, a good size, and had its own roof top view.

Boutique hotel completely deserves a perfect rating. Clean, super attentive, pleasant staff, and in a great location.

We have stayed in very many hotels around the world and we have never come across such a magnificent level of service and hospitality anywhere. Eygenia, the owner, was most ably assisted by her assistant Katerina, who speaks excellent English, and when we arrived they offered us complimentary drinks, a selection of fruit and pastries and this happened EVERY night that we stayed. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide range of items to choose from. After breakfast we were offered as many of the delicious breakfast items to take with us for lunch. This is a small hotel but very smart, spotlessly clean with good Wi-Fi. The hotel is situated in the quaint old town of Rethymno close to all the shops and beautiful harbour area yet very quiet at night. The building, which dates back to Turkish times, has been beautifully renovated by Eygenia and her family and she has maintained much of the character of the building with modern elements beautifully incorporated. Our air-conditioned bedroom faced onto the street and was very tastefully appointed. Katerine was excellent in looking after us, suggesting trips and being able to book excellent tables in great restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always available to help. This hotel offers excellent value for money and we would detour to stay here again. Eygenia and Katerina made us extremely welcome during our three days stay and this boutique hotel warrants our strongest possible recommendation.

Perfect week we spent in the hotel! Hospitality & care of the staff & owners is no doubts better than with our favorite Ritz-Carlton chain. Great value for money, would definitely recommend to friends. Thanks, Peter&Jana

Everything 5 star, all the fixtures, fittings were top quality. Breakfast was excellent and fresh orange juice was a bonus. We were offered coffee and biscuits every day. Catherine was very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations.

Very friendly stuff, Very good service! Room was nice but without window heading outside ( but to the atrium - therefore pretty dark inside).

Stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon. Although the stay was brief, we were thoroughly impressed. The room was clean and beautifully built/decorated, with a view of the minaret right outside our window. Right in the middle of old town. You must walk from the main public parking lot, but this was not a problem because it was only about 2 short blocks away. Breakfast had a huge spread to choose from, and all of it was delicious! Very kind staff, and they gave us water when we arrived to check in, and brought complimentary wine to our room later on. Great start to the honeymoon.

Evgeni and Maria made sure we would feel part of their family. Service was excellent as one would expect from a 5 star establishment, however it was the welcoming hoapitality of the owners and staff which have made our stay in Crete much more relaxed.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is very close, and great bars are just around the corner.
