Bellagio Boutique Hotel

Awesome location - quick walk to the beach and in the old town , amazing hosts

Maria greeted us at 2 o'c;lock in the morning due to delayed flight . We were offered refreshments and snacks. Completed spoiled with choice of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, superb pastries and savory patisserie, omelets, local cheeses , yogurt and honey. Our room was beautifully finished, fresh flowers and wine and Water in the fridge . Eugenia and Maria were perfects hosts and truly made our stay memorable. We would go back tomorrow .

This is a beautiful hotel and clearly time, money and good designers/architects have been involved. What let it down was the service and attention to detail. We paid a premium to rate for a boutique hotel 'experience', but didn't get it. That was mainly due to lack of information. Reception was unattended when we arrived (due to it being after 2pm). We were given a room key by another staff member but no other information about the hotel. So we never received the wifi password, details on using the haram, reception times, emergency numbers, breakfast times etc. When we returned at 10.30pm, reception was closed and hotel dark. Reception still closed at 7.30 the next morning. There were also no water glasses in the room, no bin or tissues in the bathroom and batteries in TV remote flat. On the plus-side, the breakfast buffet was gorgeous and the staff (when we saw them at breakfast) were really lovely. All they need is a welcome pack in the rooms or a check list for when people arrive and it would be much improved. This hotel would be most suited to couples. Not so great for children or elderly travellers.

Generous, architecturally interesting, and comfortable rooms; lovely breakfasts, and best of all, the efficient and caring hospitality of Evi and her mother. We were sorry to leave.

we stayed at this hotel for one night during our honeymoon in the island. Converted from an old Turkish house, it offers six rooms to their guests. This is a family owned hotel which they purchased and renovated the house couple of years ago. Eva and her mom did everything possible to make us feel comfortable, including but limited with offering fruits and raki after lunch, preparing breakfast for us as we had to leave very early. They same day we checked in, grandparents of the Turkish family who used to own the house before 1923 were in the hotel as well. They left a family tree book which has some photos of the house from late 1800s and early 1900s. Ask this book from Eva, she will be more than happy to show the photos.

Amazing experience here. Excellent ocaion in heart of old town. Hotel amazing and the owners really couldn't do enough to make sure we had the most amazing trip ever. So hospitable. The hotel is also fascinating with such long history and has a wonderful roof top. Couldn't fault a thing!!
