Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. A fee for a mandatory New Year's Day gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on January 1. One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Localização, paisagem da piscina e café da manhã

Falta de Manutenção dos quartos com aspecto de sujo. Banheiros envelhecidos, não muito limpos. Box vazando água, ducha com furos entupidos. Colchão plastificado, pedimos para tirar o plástico, mas não o fizeram, horrível. Não reclamamos mais de uma vez, apenas não vamos mais.

O café da manhã com bastantes variedades, restaurante para alimentação e jantar com pratos individuais que servem duas pessoas com fartura; receptividade dos funcionários excelente; estrutura do hotel incrível.

O quarto tem um cheiro muito forte por conta da mistura dos produtos de limpeza e água sanitária

O conforto das instalações chamam a atenção, hotel muito completo, cheio de opções de entretenimento, alimentação e bebidas! Ponto positivo, café da manhã incrível, garçons super atenciosos e educados!

Do atendimento do bar da área da piscina, quando chegamos na área tinham 3 funcionários pra atendimento, logo ficou apenas um pra atender todo o público e acabou sendo um atendimento super demorado! Poderiam melhorar essa questão. De resto o hotel não deixa a desejar!
