The Crystal Apartments

The location was excellent. It was a 15 minute walk to the restaurants etc but far enough away to be peaceful. Very secure and staff were fab. The pool area was lovely and views were exceptional.

Apartment 302 was lovely except the pillows and duvets need replacing as very lumpy.

Der Blick und die Lage waren super

Die appartments sehen absolut nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern - wir haben ein total anderes bekommen als gebucht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war unterirdisch , keine Tische und Stühle auf dem Balkon wie auf den Bildern. Der Geschirrschrank war kaputt alles total ranzig und alt. Dafur so viel Geld war es wirklich absolut nicht wert.

The view, location and the interior

Beautiful property, facilities are great amazing views so posh and the staff were friendly and very helpful , very professional indeed l, the place is very safe next the beach overlooking table Mountain, what else could I have asked for very serene place and safe 🤗

Pretty average for the price. Quite run down and needs a refurb. Limited kitchen equipment for a self-catering apartment

View was fantastic

Had trouble getting the washing machine fixed. Were told we had to use old towels for 3 days before we could get fresh towels. The shower trap in the en suite smelled bad, raised it a number of times, but was never resolved during our week stay there

Stunning views of mountains and sea.

I think it’s the small details that mattered. It’s up a very steep hill. Ok to walk down but need a car/Uber to get back up. Nespresso machine in apartment but no pods given - had to be purchased. Fridge door in one apartment was hanging off. Housekeeper took sheets etc off bed , washed them in apartment then ironed them on the floor. Air conditioning was noisy and one bedroom in my daughter’s apartment had no air con at all. One day no teabags or milk left. Milk apparently had run out. Towels were pretty threadbare. The extractor hood above the cooker was a hazard. Several of us nearly took an eye out on it.
