"Die Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt."

Die Aussicht und die Tiefgarage. Das große Wohnzimmer.

Uns wurde der Schlüssel für das Appartement übergeben, obwohl noch gereinigt wurde. Das Appartement war trotzdem nicht richtig sauber. Die Küchenmöbel waren verwohnt, zum Teil mit defekten Griffen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war eine bessere Abstellkammer, es fehlten Abstellflächen, Lampen usw. Das Badezimmer war verkalkt und verschimmelt. Der Duschkopf war defekt, Handdusche fehlte komplett. Zweimal haben wir die Mängel an der Rezeption gemeldet, leider hat man unsere Anliegen nicht ernst genommen und die Mängel nicht behoben. Handtücher wurden täglich ausgetauscht, leider fehlten immer welche oder waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Sehr starke Windgeräusche machten den Schlaf zum Teil unmöglich, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Der Fußweg zu den Restaurants und Cafés ist ca. 20 Minuten. Achtung zurück geht es bergauf.

"My stay was great, they must just consider opening a small tuck shop downstairs, but overall it was great"

I was a bit confused about the R5000 deposit we needed to pay, and to make things worse, they requested it in cash.

Clean and comfortable with great views from the private balcony over Camps Bay.

The glass cooker hood was annoying. Seems placed too low, kept banging our heads on it.

Secure parking Clean and nice views from balcony Good location for Camps Bay

The A/C didn’t work properly - was very loud and the heat in the apartment built up quickly when it was off. We requested the A/C to be fixed so “Sleep mode” could work but sadly this did not happen. We were not given a fob for the parking. This made it difficult to get in and out of the accommodation and we got in trouble with the security staff. The shower wasn’t great and leaked into the bathroom. Our room was quite different from the photos in the advert.

Viel zu kleines Bett ich bin 1,85m und meine Füße ragten aus dem Bett! Die Appartements sind leider viel zu hellhörig!
