Gateway Canyons Resort, A Noble House Resort

This is an outstanding hotel. The drive to gateway from Uravan is simply breathtaking and the hotel is well sign posted and easy to find. The complex is quite large with splendid gardens overloooking some impressive rock formations. From the moment we arrived we felt immediately relaxed. We were only staying one night but wish it had been more. The desk gave us a complimentary upgrade to a signature room with a hot tub on the balcony. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The room itself was beautiful and massive! Lovely furnishings and even had a fire place. The best part was sitting in the hot tub and admiring the fantastic view. I am a smoker and was worried this would be an issue but there are plenty of places to have a smoke away from everyone which is great for both smokers and non smokers. We ate in the standard restaurant and the food was very nice. This really is an amazing location and wonderful place to stay

This place is awesome! Beautiful rooms, excellent food, 2 beautiful pools and lovely walking/hiking paths. Definitely not on the beaten path...about an hour to nearest town. Recommend it to all!
