Good option for budget-minded travelers

Silvia was so sweet to let us drop off our luggage early so we could enjoy site seeing. Wonderful instructions for the house and for suggestions. Very cozy and warm.

Comfortable and friendly

The Blue House B&B is split into to location, very near from each other. The actual blue house is absolutely lovely and charming. The other location misses this charm.

Good location (out of the way), we were disturbed by other travellers (or possibly people who worked there - they were in the private part of the building), had to ask them to keep the noise down at 12:30am (surely its common sense to not shout / talk loudly at this kind of time?). Walls were very thin, really disturbed our sleep. The overall condition of the house is a bit dated, after reading amazing reviews I chose to stay here but I failed to see the hype. The upstairs bathroom had a large bath, and the downstairs had a shower (shower curtain is stained a bit at the bottom, bit gross). The house was cold, and the boot room absolutely stunk of feet - we stayed in 6 shared houses prior to this, all had boot rooms by the front door, none of which smelt. Communication from host was excellent, from various emails before our stay, to being able to join a WhatsApp chat to help us see the lights. I had an issue with our tv (we hiked all day so just wanted to chill out rather than walk around), I was able to WhatsApp someone who was able to help me even after hours. Parking was very easy!

Rooms were cozy and comfy. Many helpful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Very enjoyable stay!

The place did not look like the pictures.The building was very much deteriorated and slummy. The place is more like a youth hostel.Heating did not work.Even with the help of the staff we could no get any TV stations.They would not discount at all re problems.The very rich owner leases this to another person so the yellow house is very much run down.No pride of ownership,just make as much money from the tourist.

This was a great place to stay. We were there for our first night and our last night. Both spaces were great and very comfortable.

It is a simple house like a conversion from a garage . Bedding and pillows are stinky. Coffee bags may be too old that has no coffee taste.

The place was cozy and comfortable. Staffs were kind and tried to make sure whether I am OK.
