Staff were great.

Attention to detail ie fire doors need repainting lets it down, high traffic area carpets need a refresh or professional clean. Other than that I’d have scored higher.

Not much

Blood on the ripped stair carpet Limited reception staff and not knowledge Had to wait to check in and for drinks etc Breakfast looked very very basic Outside seating area less than desirable Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Steam room and sauna unusable during our 3 night stay No water provided in room on last night.. hotel uncomfortably warm Limited tea and coffee in room and had to be imaginative as no spoons
