Lovely spacious suite and very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Despite some lovely touches, the room was missing one or two bits and pieces - no laundry bag, bottle opener/corkscrew

"Fantastic January break "

We stayed at Sercotel suite del mar from the 4th-7th January. Check in was straight forward, we felt welcome and the view from the main foyer is just beautiful! We had a suite overlooking the marina, large spacious room with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a wrap around balcony which over looked the marina and main stretch of Alicante. The room was spotless on arrival and the housekeeping lady visited daily keeping the room spotless. We opted for breakfast at the hotel which was lovely, a wide selection of choices. We used the spa on several occasions and although the outside pool was too cold for us it was lovely to lay on the sun loungers and enjoy some of the winter sun by the pool. The hot tub and sauna which overlooks the sea was lovely and very relaxing. My husband made use of the gym and was impressed with the choice of equipment. Staff were very helpful, providing us with maps and recommendations of places to see and visit. Overal we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

High-end, luxurious hotel. Modern, stylish and clean. Friendly staff. Amazing amenenties. I loved the memory foam mattress topping and the ionic hair dryer. Stunning views.

Positives - Proximity to the beach and town centre, Size of room and all amenities, Friendly, helpful, efficient staff Excellent breakfast - fantastic choices every day Negatives - Broken safe - required a new battery, Lavatory broke twice - required plumber, Electric socket loose and not working, Standard lamp light switch, not working - lamp replaced, Chair arm broken - chair replaced, All dealt with quickly and efficiently.
