Fantastic hotel in great location. Stayed for a week and couldn’t praise the hotel and staff enough. We will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel was ideal, a short bus ride from the airport, close to a lovely beach and quiet, away from the main road overlooking the sea. The suite was very comfortable with a large bed, perfect shower, 2 large TVs and 2 balconies overlooking the pool. The exclusive access to the pool, spa and gym was great making the area quiet. The choice at breakfast was fantastic with at least 2 members of staff replenishing food all the time. We were able to order drinks around the pool and we received very good service, especially from Andrea, who made the best Sangria! You could do with more umbrellas around the pool for shade as it was very hot but a dip in the pool was very refreshing and the beach was only a 10 minute walk away. There are many restaurants and bars nearby mostly on Calle Mayor, the main street although there are also good beach bars on the esplanade. We visited Santa Barbara castle one day where the views are fantastic! Definitely worth the short walk and trip up in the lift. Generally, for us, this was the perfect “fly and flop” holiday.

Good sized room ,small pool area but not very busy

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms beautiful. Lobby had gorgeous view of the sea. WiFi very unreliable the entire time. Trash cans from the property next door stunk every time you walk by to and from the hotel. The hotel name on Expedia is different than the name at the property. Therefore I had to walk around with my luggage for 30 minutes trying to find it.

The stay was great! Amazing location ( close to the beach and to the city) great services. Breakfast with a view was also lovely.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The suite was amazing and so comfy and clean. The sea views are stunning- I’ll be back to this hotel for sure.

This hotel has been updated over the past three years and the Suites are absolutely superb. This is the second repeated booking we have made and hopefully we can repeat again next year.
