The staff and rooms are lovely. They gave us an upgraded room which was very modern with soft close doors and plenty of space. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the beautiful old town and beach. €18 for beds & brolly though. The only downside was no milk with the complementary tea & coffee.

We stayed in a junior suite and had a wonderful time. All the staff were pleasant, from the front desk, breakfast/pool staff to the cleaner - always smiling and happy to help. The suite was perfect for our needs although I really feel that frosted glass on the open shower would mean it was more useful particularly for a family - needless to say we didn’t use it. Even the main shower was an open plan type but we managed and it is certainly nothing major. The outside pool was lovely, just like the photos, there were always sun beds available and umbrellas for shade, it was one of the nicest pools I have been to in a city hotel. Breakfast was lovely, the staff were always replenishing the food. We had a lovely stay in Alicante and would certainly return and would definitely stay in the same hotel.

Really nice hotel good location

We really enjoyed our stay with you. Everything was excellent. Just one small problem: get someone to cook.scrambled eggs properly, they were not very nice otherwise perfect stay

great holiday - nice hotel, lovely beach and sea - though the beach was crowded it was still possible to hire reclining chairs and parasols

Beautiful views. Very clean rooms and beautifully designed. The staff across all departments of the hotel are all so kind and accommodating. They did whatever they could to make my stay pleasant. Gonzalos provided an exceptional service. The location couldn't be better- completely central. There's lots to do for families in the area. The hotel is a 15minute drive from the airport. A truly wonderful break at a superb hotel. I returned just two weeks after my first visit, I loved it so much! Thank you to all at Sercotel for an amazing experience! I will definitely be back again.

Perfect location for everything. We stayed in a junior suite and it was perfect!

Excellent position,staff friendly,you couldn’t better the choices of food for breakfast,Alicante is a great place to be.would stay there again

Gorgeous hotel, amazing staff, need to be very comfortable with who,ever you share your suite with as the shower situation is totally open! There is a door to the toilet thankfully.
