Excellent Stay, slight concern was the building work below our room from 9am to 8pm

Advertising valet parking - doesn’t exist Once you check out they ask you to leave - not evan allowed to use the pool for an hour Beds the most uncomfortable ever as were the pillows I would not return

absolutely loved our accommodation in junior suite.Huge with lounge area, fabulous room, two balconies overlooking the sea. It would seem that the Sercotel clients don't have such an impressive room etc. plus no access to pool and spa. But then, you pay a lot more for the suites. In short, fabulous, loved it.

Helpful front desk and excellent view from the room. Could have been more chairs on the sun deck. Breakfast very good and space great.

The place and staff are lovely but all let down by refurb works which woke up us regularly at 9am even though they were not due to start until at least 10 and continued throughout the day.

Lovely hotel, next to the beach and marina and only 200 metres from the plaza and some terrific restaurants

A great hotel like this needs some work a) to modernise it, b) to give it some characters( pictures, artwork, etc..) Also, it defently need a dedicated car park for its clients, not a public one at the rate of 20 Euro a day! Besides that, very clean, nice friendly staff and great location.

Superb Hotel with large suites which were very good value when we booked. Amazingly clean and well kept. Staff very polite and efficient. Lovely breakfast. Only downside is there is a discotheque across the road that goes on until early morning double glazed windows keep out noise best they can but you can still hear it. This may not be a problem if you have a sea view.

On checking told that we would have to move room part way through our stay, not great service as the booking was for 9 nights. No prior notification of this and I find it hard to believe that a hotel of this size could not aviod this as it was a long stay. No alternative offered and to add insult to injury a complementary 20cl bottle of cava was sent by the hotel I presume as an apology which I found to be a bit of an insult.. The management kept saying they had given us a better room but as far as I'm concerned we got the style of room we booked. I've had better from the management of 3 star hotels. The restraunt was closed on one of the nights, again incredible from a 4 star hotel. The only alternative was cafeteria style food which was basic to say the least.. Also, DO NOT book a room with a marina view unless you want to be woken by the boom boom of the disco opposite!!! All in all not the best hotel stay we have had, very disappointing. The only positive is the hotel staff are extremely polite, pleasant and helpful and its in a great location. Definitely not worth the money though.

Great stay. Decor just a little tired. Outdoor deck and pool lovely . Breakfast great value and stunning views. Bed hard and no it hook up for music . Strange shower arrangement open to bedroom and overlooking port
