Pictures online show updated and nice apartments. Ours was outdated. I never received an email with check-in information, so I followed the instructions on hotel.com, and the address provided on there was a few years old, so we found the second address, and the guy acted like I was ridiculous for showing up there to check-in. WiFi was weak. I would find somewhere else to stay

Very spacious apartment with a good mix of modern and traditional Icelandic decor. All cooking amenities and equipment are provided. TV has all major free UK channels. Very clean apartment with light cleaning every other day. Comfortably warm inside which is nice considering the temperatures in Iceland. There are two single beds in the main bedroom which can be joined together to form a double bed. For those requiring a bed for a third or fourth person, these are mattresses in a space above the kitchen which require you to climb a tall ladder to get to. For a fit and healthy person it is nevertheless a bit scary but fairly easily accessible. For older people or those who aren't physically fit, it would be impossible...

Excellent location. Was allowed to check in early and staff was very nice. The apartment above can be loud. The condition of the place was a bit worn but it felt more traditional. Would defintely rent this place again... you can't beat the location. Check in is at a different location so print yourself a map and you'll be fine!

The apartment was roomy and clean, in a nice part of town. The negative was we never had TV every day they promised to fix it but did not happen. Also we were on the second floor and in the evening their was no lights in the hallway? Most of Reykjavík uses bus tours for tourists and they will not pick you up at this location, so we had to walk to the bus stop pick up location, not great in the cold weather.
Great location. Walkable to restaurants, stores, grocery, and buses/shuttles out of Hallsgrimskirkja. Good space for family of 4. Easy check in. We were pleased and would recommend this location (Baldursgata).
Easy in and out. Great location. Comfortable bed. On the small side but perfect for me and my daughter for one night.
Apartment was quaint. Good location. Toilet was clogged when we checked in and we requested a plunger. Office told us someone will come the next morning. How can you have 4 people stay in a place with no working toilet? Where were we suppose to relieve ourselves?
