We stayed at two different locations: for two nights at studio apt and three nights at the end of our vacation. Both were excellent and comfortable. The only problem with first location that it was very noisy: people passing with suitcases big groups walking from bars, the other guests coming in and out talking out loud . The other larger place couldn’t be better. Location is perfect. Overall, highly recommend.
Location is great. Easy to get around everywhere. Close to tour pick up points. Close to restaurants. Clean. Only complaint is noise. Walls are thin. You can hear the TV from the next apartment.

We ended up upgrading to the 2-bedroom apartment on Laugavegur and we LOVED it. Beautiful, modern, spacious, Scandi-designed space with unique details, wonderful skylights, lots of storage, double sink bathroom and coffee/filters included. It even had a balcony with seating area! I could have stayed here indefinitely. Heard the noise from the bar across the street but put earplugs in and slept fine. What a find! Great location with a bakery/coffee directly across the street on the main street in Reykjavik! Property managers were friendly and spoke fluent English, and stored our luggage for us.
Well outfitted clean modern studio apartment. Well located. Online booking and arrangements very smooth and as described. Small but worth it. Sofa bed worked well. Bedroomm and bathroom excellent.

Sofa bed only sleeps one but very uncomfortable. Very noisy place with kids partying till 3:00 am
The check in procedures and information provided through Orbitz were poor or incorrect in various instances. The attempts to communicate with them through Orbitz were extremely ineffective. Other than that this was an amazing place set an amazing price
