"Exceptional"

Great resort in perfect location right on the beach with access to amazing reef for snorkeling. Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Spacious apartment. Great facilities.

Service at the resort restaurant was hit and miss.

the living area was amazing!! the full kitchen was my favorite. there was a bug in the room that bit the both of us but other than that it was nice

the dinner was horrible. it was expensive and the waiter had to take our food to the back to heat it up and there was no variety of foods to choose from. the food also was poorly seasoned

Location was great. Beach was nice.

Service and management. It was a family trip with 3 young children (3,7,9). Waited almost 3 hours for 2 pizzas and was over charged for food we never received. Supervisor handling the bill was not pleasant. Very rude. Customer service was nonexistent with him. Cleaning staff was nice though.

It was close to the beach

bugs in the bedroom, it had bugs in the living room, they lied to me, said I could wash my clothes for free. They charge me $46. The jacuzzi wasn't hot the whole six days.I was there. The food wasn't that good.But only breakfast. The manager do not accommodate when it's a situation. He was still charged. We couldn't get no water.We had to pay for it.The ice machine didn't work in the room. It's a washing dryer in the room.You gotta pay fifty dollars to use it. We pay 2,368. All we got was free breakfast. When you order a drink from the bar, you have to pay taxes.And then they'll put their service fee on there without letting you know. We couldn't even get no free water.We have to pay for it.

"A great vacation in a beautiful country, crystal clear water"

The location is fantastic, with direct access to the the beach. Clear water made snorkeling right off the beach perfect. Staff very attentive always smile.

Fridge and A/C worked well but had a continued rattle.
