"Very Good"

Excellent value for cost. Location was convenient to Glastonbury. Clean, spacious rooms.

Rooms were definitely large enough for 3 adults, but we were forced to book 2 separate rooms.

It was a quiet location. Plenty of parking and the staff were very welcoming and helpful

Nothing but felt some outside seating area would have been nice as the weather was lovely when we were there

"Dirty room, uncomfortable stay"

Good location for where we needed to be. Free parking

As soon as you walk up to the ramp to the hotel, the walkway was full of litter and leaves. When we got into our room, we noticed that it wasn't clean at all. There was visible sticky red juice on the bedside cabinet. There was feaces on toilet seat, dust everywhere - on top of all headboards, on skirting boards, on main blue wall, on the fan ( this was the most disgusting) as soon as we turned it on dust flew out everywhere. The bed was so firm, we both struggled to sleep and woke up with back ache. The shower made an awful grinding noise and was all rusty. Was quite noisy, we were facing the back lodges so had noise from there and also below and outside doors slamming as hotel was full. Had a look at games room, there were soft play items and litter everywhere. This hadnt been checked and tidied in a while! Didn't book in for breakfast as we were put off by the cleanliness of rooms.

Lovely base for exploring the area. We didn鈥檛 see Wookey hole itself due to walking difficulties, but had a great time.

"Would definitely stay again"

Fab to find somewhere that sleeps 5 and for such a reasonable price. Comfy beds and thankfully a fan was available for the second stay. Would definitely stay again

Twice we had to ask for parts of our meals. A side and a dessert were missed. Bedroom was very hot. Some parts are run down but didnt expect top quality for price
