Fab to find somewhere that sleeps 5 and for such a reasonable price. Comfy beds and thankfully a fan was available for the second stay. Would definitely stay again

Twice we had to ask for parts of our meals. A side and a dessert were missed. Bedroom was very hot. Some parts are run down but didnt expect top quality for price

"The stay was not enjoyable"

The location and size of rooms

No hot water in the room and the shower in Room 36, kept going hot and cold , in the end had to have a cold shower , no hand wash and no shower gel, these things should be checked before room is given out

Lovely base for exploring the area. We didn’t see Wookey hole itself due to walking difficulties, but had a great time.

The location is ideal to visit Wookie Hole, the room is big and there is a hotel restaurant so it's very convenient.

The restaurant staff was less than friendly, the breakfast options very limited and the whole buffet was crammed into a corner. The rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for and the price was more than reasonable.

Liked the fact it was close by to Clark’s village, cheddar gorge, Cadbury garden centre. All places I wanted to visit.
