Great location at Wookey Hall. Nice room, big car park and very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice buffet breakfast with good selection

The wifi was almost non existent and this was the only thig that spoiled the stay because there is virtually no phone reception either

The location was perfect,nice restaurant.

The noise on the saturday night from People leaving a party at 1am they were making a lot of noise by the main hotel door.i asked them to tone it down a bit as people were trying to sleep,just got told to get a life.

Bed was comfortable

Restaurant, bath tap broken , had to put shower on to get cold water in bath ,quite dangerous.

It was straightforward, simple, clean and comfortable. All that we needed. Staff were friendly aswell. Great breakfast, great location if you are visiting wookey hole

The best point here is the staff. They're nice to deal with. Room spacious and easy parking. Quiet. Lovely location.

Internet poor. Food very basic.
