Good value accomodation with a buffet breakfast included. There is a large free car park. We had a sizeable family room as a couple and it was very clean. We slept well. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. It was only a half hour drive to Bristol airport and much cheaper than other hotels nearer to the airport. We were happy to stay here for a night.

The hotel is beside the tourist attraction of Wookey Hole Cave - a bit isolated from the rest of the world .. although we expected this when we booked. The supper menu is 'plain' food - okay for a night or two.

Lovely large and light room. Had a bath and shower in bathroom. Good fresh breakfast. Right by the caves but equally well placed for other attractions.

Staff seemed a bit bored and not very interactive. It was quiet but that gave more opportunities to make people more welcome.

Location, room size, on-site to the attractions. easy access to Wells.

Two of the roads to the hotel were very narrow. Best to go through Wells. One of the 2 beds was uncomfortable but the other was OK
