Didn’t like the fact our room backed onto the hotel reception, and at night and early morning it was noisy with van being unloaded/loaded,and staff back and forth carrying various items.

I was with my eight year old granddaughter and what the hotel provided was just fine. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean.

I didn’t have high expectations of the accommodation so I wasn’t disappointed.

Was a convenient location to do sightseeing from. Staff friendly, rooms lovely, food good. Underground tour of the caves was amazing.

There was nothing we didnt like.

Location couldn’t have been closer to the caves so that was great

Was not clean, my 8 year old found furry jelly beans on the floor. Our feet were dark and dirty just walking around for a bit in the room. Really dated rooms stains and marks everywhere on carpet, curtains, walls, really quite dirty
