"V & A REview"

Great accommodation and breakfast. I would strongly recommend it for these but NOT for dinner. No choices, TV running in the background. No wine list/costs for food/drinks before ordering. Service lovely and fantastic location.

"Nice place"

We arrived in Port Elizabeth airport so we used this hotel just for one night before we started our trip to the Garden Route. The family room is very comfortable and very well done. The main thing is that it was clean and the bathroom had a shower and a bath tub. Breakfast was OK, nothing really special. It was a selection of cooked English breakfast and cold meat, bread , jam , butter. This hotel is definitely value for money.

We had a good time here. The accommodation is superb, but you need your own transport because the facilities are not walking distance

"close to everything!!"

Friendly staff, beautiful large room, close to supermarkets,(super cheap!) close to the waterfront where there are lots of restaurants! Very safe too, with electric gates.

"Very interesting city"

We enjoyed our stay, but as we like walking to dinner and though it was a very quiet neighbourhood it was suggested we drive. We opted to order dinner in the three nights as we enjoy beer and wine and that does not go with driving. We did walk to old town and back though an fellow stopped us on our way back to drive us as it was not a safe area. We continued to walk and found a great brew pub, Bridge Bay on the river. Then continued to walk back to our hotel. The staff at this hotel were very helpful.

"Port Elizabeth stop over"

A stop over spot, value for money and clean and hospitable. Weather not great and location on the road side, but it worked for our purposes.

"Average Accomodation"

Cleanliness of room was the best part of the stay and Breakfast also disservices a mention. Other than that very average as there wasn’t much Channels to select from and not a lot of natural light to brighten up the room
