Vila Lux Hotel

positiv: Das Hotel selbst ist in Ordnung und die Zimmer sind sauber und auch recht komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, bemüht und stand für Infos auch gerne zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch einige Parkplätze beim Hotel, die man gratis nutzen kann. Die Altstadt ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar; gute und teils auch sehr günstige Restaurants sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Negativ: Das Problem ist die grauenvolle Lage unmittelbar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, an der eigentlich ständig viel Verkehr ist. Auch die nähere Umgebung ist alles andere als sehenswert. Zu Budva: Abgesehen von der wirklich netten, aber sehr kleinen und schnell zu besichtigenden Altstadt von Budva, lohnt ein Besuch dieser Stadt überhaupt nicht (außer man mag halt riesige Bettenburgen und grauenvolle Appartmentanlagen). Die Küste ist gnadenlos zubetoniert - einfach furchtbar! Für eine Nacht durchaus ok - aber mehr auch schon nicht.

Fantastiskt trevlig personal. Vi saknade dock balkong och kanske en liten pool. Men inga problem att ta med sig eget att dricka och sitta var man ville. Familjärt och mycket trevligt. Läget var ok.

Väldigt centralt, en av de bättre frukostarna i Montenegro men kunde bli bättre, trevlig personal.

The hotel is located in the center of Budva. Free parking, internet. Breakfast is solid. Rooms are air-conditioned. The staff is very kind. It can help you with anything. Close to the hotel there are many cafes and restaurants.

Stayed here for two nights, arriving late on the day of check in and leaving early the day of check out - the main purpose of my stay was to explore Budva. I had a hire car and there was a couple of spaces free when I arrived so I parked without issue. Checking in was quick and easy and the receptionist said that they were quiet (out of season) so if I wanted to stay later on the day of check out it wouldn't be a problem. This was appreciated but not needed. The room was a decent size, two single beds, TV, fridge, and a balcony with a table and chair. I was on my own so the size of the room was plenty big enough, and to be fair it would have been a good size for two people. The bathroom had a shower and although the shower unit was small it worked well. The bed was comfortable and I got a great nights sleep. I had breakfast included and the first morning it was waiter service so good but not as good as the second morning when the buffet was laid out. I much prefer a buffet as I can just pick up whatever I like. The buffet had a good selection of items. The location of the hotel is fine, it's about a 6-7 minutes walk to the beach area and about 10 minutes to the old town. Check out was quick and easy and before I knew it I was on my way to Kotor. I found this hotel to be very good and I would definitely look at staying again if I am back in the area.

We stay in Budva only 1 night. Rooms are small, but have balcony. Bathroom was not ok. Shower was broken. The water leaked. Food was not tasty at all. They have to little dining room. We have to wait for breakfast. Not recomment.

Stayed for two nights as a base for exploring Budva. It took about 6-7 minutes to walk down to the beach and about 10-11 minutes to the old town, so all things considered a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a balcony with a table and chair so this was especially nice for relaxing in the evening. The breakfast was excellent and I had a parking space right outside.
