Vila Lux Hotel

We checked in right after booking the hotel room at the last minute. Staff was on hand to receive us immediately even though it was fairly late in the evening. She gave us fantastic restaurant suggestions. The room itself was on the small side. The bed was a little stiff and springy but the sheets and the comforter were clean and good quality. The shower curtain was pretty lightweight and lame in that it didn't reach the floor all the way so it couldn't contain the water without it getting the floor all wet. Breakfast was made to order and very nice. The hotel has free parking right in front of the building. All in all the shortcomings were balanced out by the budget pricing and super friendly staff. It was comfortable enough that I would stay again.

There was a misunderstanding at the front desk, but they took care of us anyway. The rooms were inexpensive, but not of the highest quality. The breakfast was pretty good and it was nice that it was included.

Room was very clean and very well maintained. The ladies who ran the hotel were all so nice and helpful. The only minor downside is that it's right off a major street. However I really liked the location since it was close to hiking, beach, mega market, Konuba Bocun (great restaurant) and close enough to old town. Highly recommended, especially for the price.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. Location was good. Lovely breakfast. Great small balcony with a lively view Top floor with low angled ceiling charming but hard on the head Nice wooden accents The bathroom was tiny with very small hot water tank

Very nice place at a reasonable price. 2 blocks to beach and old town. Would definitely recommend it

we been for short stay in budva in new years eve 2015 very clean and accesible hotel, parking and above all very very kind personel good brekafast, very clean rooms, 3 min walk from old town and beach very gooood bakery next to hotel

We stayed in Villa Lux for 3 nights around mid august. The staff was very friendly, Tamara and Vladana were super nice and were there whenever we needed anything. we were a group of 6 ppl. they gave us a room on the first floor and 2 on the third which is the last. We were a bit shocked because our room was under the roof with a small window in the cieling. We immediately requested another room they were very helpful and told us they can give us the next day. We finally decided to stay in our rooms because it wasn't that bad. I recommend for people to pre-request rooms on the first or second floor if that might bother them. The rooms were very clean. The internet connection wasn't good in our rooms on the third but it didn't bother us much.The breakfast was lovely and yummy, just what u need to kickstart your day. although the breakfast starts at 7, We had to leave the hotel one day at 6am and they let us make coffee and drink on the outside porch. They even let us leave our luggage for a whole day after our reservations. The location was superb, real close to everything u might visit in Budva. Thanks!!

I had a single room down in what seemed to be the basement. There was no windows other than a small little one that opened onto a wall. Dorm room shower/toilet right next door so a little noisy at times. Staff were very very helpful an even prepared me a breakfast to take on with me as I left really early

Nothing fancy, but exactly what you need at the coastline - good conditioner, nice breakfast, center of the town. Minor dissapointment - lack of parking lots. Parking in Budva in high season is a disaster. Hotel has a lot of space in underground parking but not under the hotel - under the other building about 100m near the hotel over the main street. And one has to come back to reception eveytime to put down the garage keys. Staff is extremely welcome.
