"I wish the rest of England could be like this."

The overall area was very relaxed and informal. People were polite and friendly. Old fashioned aEngland.

There was no lift and we were on the top floor.

"A great hotel overlooking the Green"

A lovely hotel in a great location with great staff. The beds were very comfy and rooms were very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good and tasty. The hotel had an enclosed courtyard to lock our bikes.

The soundproofing wasn't very good, and traffic noise kept us awake.
