Staff was friendly and room was lovely. Although breakfast was nice it would have been better if expedia listed it as a cold breakfast with toast making facilities and only two off road parking spaces for the 7 or so rooms(would be 3 if owner wasn't using one) as parking was a main factor in selecting accommodation. It was lucky that many of the other guests had come via train and not all rooms were occupied.

Such a lovely place to stay, inside it was all decorated giving a very warm autumn feel, the room was lovely, Jane and Ged were absolutely amazing, so hospitable and genuinely lovely people, breakfast was perfect, it was on another level for me, as I am in the area for work every 5 weeks I will definitely be hoping to stay on a regular basis from now on.

Jane & Jed were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. Best continental breakfast ever had, as good choice for everyone. Room was very comfortable even though small. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The room & bathroom was on the small side, but as it was only few days it was ok. We were expecting a choice of cooked breakfast as I read on previous reviews saying how good the English breakfast was..

Location was very good to visit Bournemouth & surrounding areas, lovely decor in & outside the property.

Parking was not guaranteed in the street if busy, restricted headroom in our room due to eaves which wasn’t made clear when making the booking.

Beautiful Victorian house which kept its original features. Every room was uniquely decorated.

Lovely place and incredibly kind hosts

Absolutly amazing stay. The hosts couldn't do enough fof us and were very freindly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this N&B to anyone. We will definately book again. Thank you to Jane and Ged.

Breakfast was continental, no arguments. As far as as continental went, it was acceptable.

We could have been left to own devices during breakfast.
