Too expensive for a hotel of this rank. no air conditioning, only a fan.

Jane and Gred were really nice and shared all the necessary info. We checked in a bit late then the plan, they still greeted us.

The decor was amazing & was very welcoming, continental breakfast was nice but did not realise when we made the booking that this was the only breakfast option "our mistake".

The bed was a small double, location wasn't as expected, did not expect to have to make our own bed each morning "due to covid" show/toilet was very snug & not much storage in the room.

Hospitable hosts, a comfortable room designed in the boutique style.

The breakfast was good but a bit of an anticlimax, given the bar that was set by the room.

The room was small kept banging head on ceiling lucky we were not that tall. Found not having a shower or toilet room in the room hard as I had to get up 3 times in the night.

Words can't describe how good it was. ☺️ The rooms are just like in the pictures, no... Even better. 👌 And what a lovely couple as housekeepers. 😍 They care about everything. 😎👍 12/10. Thank you very much for having us as guests. 🙏 Breakfast was a show of its own. Everything was there, no... Even too much to decide. 🤔👌 Really really good. 😎☺️

Jane & Ged we’re extremely welcoming & provided us with helpful information on how to get about & good places to eat and drink. Genuinely lovely people! The guesthouse was in a great location & it was easy to walk into Bournemouth & to get to the beach. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean & really well decorated. Lots of free parking available on the street.
