Very homely. Nice little touches.

Breakfast was very overcooked. Sausages, black pudding and fried bread were not edible unfortunately... That's the only thing I could fault with the stay.

Location was great for our event, as was the parking. Everything about the house and the hosts etc was perfect, we will definitely be staying there again for our yearly event.

Everything was amazing and if I could give an 11 out of 10 I would. The house and decor was beautiful,the thoughtful little touches were so appreciated.Breakfast was perfect. We would definitely book again and highly recommend a stay. Thank you very much for being such great hosts and your hospitality. Frances and Felicity.

"Beautiful period house, lovingly restored, in a lovely Exmoor village."

A stunning house with excellent host and close to the village pub (The Crown, which does excellent evening meals). Probably one of the best breakfasts I've had!
