No wardrobe - coathangers dangled in the window from curtain track. Bathroom grubby - especially washbasin and floor.

Comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Unfortunately the pub was closed on the first night due to Covid but wasn't anyone's fault and is a sign of the current times. Great breakfast 😋. Will definitely go again.

Room was exactly as shown in images. Very quiet location with no light pollution. Staff very efficient. Very good breakfast. Evening menu is typical pub grub menu plus pizzas, so not the most extensive menu - but what was served was good quality with good portion size.

The room was clean and of a good size but the bed felt like there were no springs in the mattress at all. We were both really aching in the morning after little sleep. The pub is run by a group of teenagers with little experience. Pleasant enough but really no idea about how to get things organised. Tables were left uncleared, glasses unwashed and a long wait at the bar. The night's dishes and glasses were still on the outside tables late the following morning. The smell from the toilets was unbearable! Fortunately we didn't have to use them, but we had to cover our mouths and noses just to pass them on the way into the pub. Our two night stay turned into one as we couldn't wait to get away.

Lovely area and located in the middle of all the tourist areas to visit without the busyness.

Really enjoyable stay

The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was disappointing that the inn is not doing any food at the moment and only serves barbecue burgers or pizzas, this was not apparent when I booked, the standard of the food was not good The room was large and clean with on suite bathroom. The big disappointment in the room is that there is no wardrobe in which to put any clothes which if staying for one night would not be a problem, but as I was there for three nights I would have expected that, the only facility to place or hang clothes was half a dozen hooks with coat hangers and a small shelf above, hardly adequate for a three day stay, I would not have expected to live out of a suit case. Breakfast was good both hot and cold food which was very good. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
