My stay started very good, I received a room upgrade and the staff were kind on my arrival

The Irish bar is really bad aswell as food on hotel, the price in spa is overpriced. It is a good hotel for staying, but find a bar, restaurant and spa in the city Also I found it very strange that suddenly I was told to register my stay again at late evening.

Вежливый персонал, дружелюбное обращение и доброжелательное отношение. На ресепшене хотела бы отметить Айгерим. Она предложила мне апгрейт и услуги Спа салона. Мне понравился бассейн, хамам, сауна. Завтраки просто великолепные, лучше, чем зарубежом. Рекомендую останавливаться только в Rixos President Astana. Цена-качество соответствуют.

В ресторане расширить ассортимент безалкогольных напитков в виде морсов, лимонадов и свежевыжетых соков. Можно открыть аптеку.
