Останавливалась на 3 ночи, очень приветливые сотрудники, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, хорошая еда в лобби, отличное месторасположение, хороший спа, В номере открывается дверь на балкон, за счет этого можно организовать приток свежего воздуха. Рекомендую.

Завтрак отличный. Тишина в номере и классный вид из окна. . Номер очень просторный. Шторы с пульта управляются.

При заезде попросили оставить залог наличными за бар. Наличных нет. Странно для 5* отеля не доверять клиентам. Система отопления в номере в мороз не справлялась. Гоняла холодный воздух. Спа зона слабая. Нет джакузи. Крошечная раздевалка. Массаж очень дорогой, нет классического массажа, только тайский. Пиво Гинес в баре 14 евро за бокал. Это ненормально. Даже в аэропорту такое же пиво в 2 рвза дешевле.
