"Mildly said, needs a lot of improvement..."

That there is a cigar lounge/Irish Pub...but even there, the draught beer wasn't cold enough, and the food was very average.

First, 20000 tenge (43 dollars) is incredibly expensive. And for that money, you get staff at the egg station that don't speak any English, or don't want to. I left my omelet to get bread and came back to see it gone. And the final straw was ALL three coffee machines were either broken or really, really BAD coffee. For a Turkish-owned hotel, this is not only unacceptable, but embarrassing!!! The coffee in the room was better than the coffee at the 40-dollar breakfast. I've been there several times, and breakfast used to be much better. Rooms are exactly the same with no improvement. Wind is coming through the windows. Unfortunately, I don't think I will stay there again.
