"Overall good stay but if you really value good sleep, not really a comfortable night in bed"

The location is great and good public transport options

The pillows are huge and not comfortable. I didn’t get good sleep any of the 4 nights we stayed and they don’t have any pillow options to make any changes

During the booking, I have specifically reserved the extra bed for our child. Then we have arrived to the hotel, the personal informed us, that there are no such an option. So I was forced to sleep on the floor. Thank you very much!

der empfang was sehr nett, haben wir aber schon anders bei welcome ffm erlebt

das gastro angebot ist sehr dürftig. da man nicht in der metropole wohnt im welcome ist es schwierig abends was zu essen zu bekommen. das ist wirklich verbeserungswürdig.
