"Preis-Leistung ist fast unschlagbar."

Am Samstag hatte ein Junger Mann Frühstücksdienst der allerdings nicht sehr motiviert war. Kein guten morgen und auch sonst fehlte es an Motivation (Kaffeestation säubern etc.). Am Samstag war er dann mit einem anderen Kollegen vor Ort. Der andere junge Mann war überaus freundlich und hatte einen Blick für´s wesentliche (Sauberkeit Büffet etc.). Vielleicht sollten sich die Kolleg/Innen an der Reception nicht hinter den Bildschirmen verstecke, sondern den Kontakt zum Gast suchen. Auch hier wäre etwas mehr Freundlichkeit angebracht. Zum guten Schluss bitte keine Badeschlappen anziehen, auch nicht hinter dem Frontdesk.

Gute Straßenverbindung Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

In unserem Zimmer war der Teppich nicht sauber. Die Wand an der Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig.
