The Westin Houston, Memorial City

Just checked in the Westin hotel and I always stay here when I come to Houston , and I see a lot of new faces but have to say as an ambassador it’s a hit or miss for your loyalty to be recognized in Houston, and it gets real hectic especially when your always traveling !! I have to say that Manuel and marevic were amazing and very kind upon arrival , very attentive and made me feel like family , sometimes all it takes is to be nice to people and you both did that Ty so so much for your hospitality and kindness will definitely be back sincerely- Mrs Limas

The way I was treated by the front desk at check in was absolutely disgusting. I was here on business at the hospital and was treated like trash. HOWEVER, the only reason I gave them the amount of stars I did was because of a young man named Alex Nicah. He was extremely kind and patient and because I’ve never been to Houston let alone worked here and unfamiliar with the area, he was so kind. I was boo hoo crying by the time I got checked in. However, the next day, I thanked him and want to acknowledge his professionalism and patience during that time. I had been traveling all day. Anxiety on an all time high and he saw me as a human and not a transaction. We need more of him in the world.

The people that work at the desk are exceptionally nice and helpful. One person in particular , Diego Urdaneta is kind and patient . Thank you ,

Manuel was a great receptionist! Very accommodating throughout my stay, had no issues at all and felt he went above and beyond.

hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in, and Manuel was particularly helpful in getting us settled in.

Manuel and Daniel are top of the class in the Marriott family! Great service all the time. The hotel is super conveniently located for everything in Memorial City as well as my office and clients.

My mom, my daughters, and I often travel to The Westin Houston, Memorial City when we come in to see the Houston Ballet. The staff is always so warm and welcoming and over the years have begun to recognize us and ask what ballet we are in to see. One of our favorite parts of our stay is Viviada in the restaurant. She has been taking care of us for years and she is always so kind and greets you with the biggest smile and superb service! She has truly witnessed my girls grow up, and she treats us like family. We know when we stay here we are seen and cared for, and of course the beds are comfortable and the rooms well appointed. Looking forward to our next trip already.
