Just want to say ty to Manuel , marevic and yumei very amazing people , this hotel is basically is family to me they always make my stay the best as possible thats why i always come back because of them , the rooms are great and especially the cleaning lady Margot she’s always so sweet and always does the most to make sure I have clean towels etc. so I just want to personally thank you guys !!! And recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Houston or trying to get away !! Ty so so much , sincerely, Sofia limas

"Wonderful Hotel"

Our Hotel stay was only for one night but the hotel is beautiful and they gave us a wonderful room with a fantastic view. More importantly, the staff was amazing. Marevic and Manuel treated us as if we were important. Smiling and extremely helpful. Kudos to them.

"The definition of professionalism and service"

The staff at the Westin Memorial City are incredible! We hosted a meeting event at this location and they were attentive, and so helpful through the entire process! If an issue came up, it was handled with a great sense of urgency and professionalism. Daniel, Lauren, Liz, Belay, Lisa and Jeffrey are the reason why our event was so successful! I have hosted and planned these types of events for years, and this was such a seamless process. They took all of the worry and guesswork out of planning the event! I will be recommending this location in the future and hope to host events here in the future! If you are looking for a meeting/ conference space and want a team that knows how to handle things masterfully- you've found it.
