"Excellent Stay at Westin Memorial City"

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Memorial City Houston. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently from check-in to check-out. A special thank you to the manager, Manuel, and his outstanding staff for their amazing service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making the stay comfortable and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

"Manuel Puente"

Manuel, the rooms ops manager, was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival, he noticed I worked for a Marriott property here in Houston, and comped my parking. He also upgraded the room to a deluxe for my wife and I (an amazing room by the way). And he thanked me for my service as a bellman for Marriott. I've never gotten that from any manager at a property I've stayed with. I felt appreciated for the work I do, even if it's a different property. Definitely will be back for sure. Especially once the weather warms back up to use the pool.

Spent the weekend at the hotel for a convention. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The service was fantastic. A special shout out to the staff at the front desk. Beautiful hotel!!! I recently flew to Houston and stayed at the Westin Memorial City for my birthday weekend. Manuel and Yumei made it very special and they went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The general manager is awesome too! (I forgot the gm's name, think it was Marevic) I definitely will be coming back here in March when I come for the rodeo. Wonderful staff. Thanks alot guys!

Always a great experience staying at the Westin from the friendly front desk staff (Manuel and others), to restaurant (Viviana and Yasmin), and gotta make mention of the guys working hard in the Valet (Mario, Sebastian, Andrew, Lavont and Samuel)!
