"Perfect care experience with lots of businesses nearby"

It was great, the room bed and all atmosphere was perfect. The team was so nice, greeting us and ready to solve any hiccup. Kudos to Diego Manuel who helped me finding a cook dining place I would have preferred a buffet setup for breakfast instead of having to order. The location is central to this houston district and easy to connect with.

"Loved this Hotel"

Me and my wife checked in at this Westin for our Anniversary weekend . The Hotel is Extra nice and Extra clean with a very nice high Deck with pool that gives a beautiful view of the city . But the most thing I was impressed with was the staff, I haven’t had a great service like this in a while . Big shout out to the management team starting with the Director of Operation Mr. Akram Soufi to the Management team and staff Manuel , Yolanda , Yumei .

"Fantastic birthday weekend"

I brought my daughter to celebrate her 13th birthday weekend. Manuel and Alexis made her weekend very special. By giving her a small gift of delicious sweets a late check out due to the winter storm. The room was very clean and comfortable.
