The staff at this location was so sweet and helpful when I needed to address a couple of issues. I truly appreciate how Manuel was able to help me find a quick solution. Marevic was just as sweet. The hotel is perfectly located across the street from Memorial City mall which allows access to some great shopping, awesome restaurants, a movie theatre and a beautiful Target. The rooms are nice and spacious and it was quiet during our brief visit to the hotel.

First of I want to say Ty so so much to the staff in this Hotel , maveric , manny and Daniel are always so generous and amazing people. You always catch them smiling and willing to Help wich is why I always come back to this hotel It’s like family and a home away from home for me, my husband and my little pug. Honestly, Hands down the best Westin. The rooms are beautiful, the amenities and the location, everything is close by , the mall , restaurants and the rooms super clean and spacious, the pool and the gym on the 18th floor , I mean I can go on for days !! So if your in Houston I highly recommend this Hotel !!

I came to Houston on my Husbands Business Trip. I had a wonderful time. The overall property is well maintained and the rooms as spacious and very clean. The front desk agents were friendly, helpful and amazing! Kudos to the following Front Desk team: Maverick, Manuel, and Daniel! They went out of their way to make sure that our stay was wonderful!

I always look forward to staying at the Westin Memorial. Great location, easy access to the mall, easy access to the highway, hotel upkeep is great, and most importantly an amazing staff who really make the difference by taking care of their guests.
