I had a great stay at the Westin Memorial City in Houston. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Sebastian and Marc at valet—they went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and made coming and going effortless. It’s those small interactions that really stand out and make a difference. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Houston area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. A special thanks to Manuel and Daniel. They were both awesome and made our stay even more enjoyable with their helpful and positive attitude. The room was neat, clean, and well maintained, with a good size that was very comfortable for our family. Everything was organized perfectly, which made our stay relaxing and stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
