"Simply Fantastic"

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooftop pool, gym, and hot tub on the 18th floor to refresh after a long day at work. Rooms clean and bright with modern decor and amazingly comfortable beds. I have stayed here multiple times over the last year, and the staff are amazing. From Marevic, Alex, Manuel, Daniel, Diego, and Happiness at the front desk working to make everyone's day brighter, to Jules and Ricardo behind the bar crafting the best Old Fashioneds (try one with Old Forester!) anywhere near Memorial City, Jonathan and E in Starbucks with a cup of hot coffee to start my day, Carl providing a warm welcome each day, and Yasmine and Rachel in housekeeping making our rooms neat and tidy, this team will make your stay as near to perfect as possible. Highly recommend.
