Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Preis/Leistung für Schweizer Verhältnisse angemessen. Die Toilette könnte etwas größer sein.

Hotel very well located near the Rheinfall. Very pleasant staff, clean and very comfortable bedding. Specifying that it was a professional traveler, I would have appreciated having a small desk in the room, reason for the 4 * for the room. Breakfast very correct, staff at the small care to prepare us coffee or other. And a special thank you for sending me the express car key and pro badge that had been misplaced.

The hotel is convenient located,staff is friendly and welcoming.Room is tiny but clean.

Great location near the Rhein waterfalls. Easy walk to the falls and dining. The room has everything you need and was very clean. Check-in was easy and there is plenty of free off street parking. The front desk staff was friendly and informative.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who fixed an initial parking problem and set us up with information for our two nights. The rooms have seen better days, carpets are scuffed, and the bathroom is slightly old fashioned, but the position of this hotel within walking distance of the falls was great. Breakfast is up to normal standard and is a buffet.

Die Einrichtung in den Nasszellen lässt zu wünschen übrig! Die alten Radiatoren sollten auch gereinigt werden.

Einfaches Hotel. Die Leistung ist dem Preis entsprechend. Wer nur kurz übernachten will und keine grossen Ansprüche stellt ist hier gut aufgehoben. Für längere Aufenthalte nicht empfehlenswert.

La ubicación es muy buena y ofrece estacionamiento gratis. La atención fue buena pero no atienden hasta las 2:00 PM. El baño estaba muy deteriorado y sólo había una toalla para dos huéspedes (quizás fue solo un error, no lo sabemos porque no nos quejamos tampoco).

Very helpful at check in. Basic hotel but clean. Reasonable price for the area. Just 10 minutes walk to the Falls
